About Me

I’m a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor in the contemporary Pilates practice through Lolita's Legacy teacher training. This program was developed by Lolita San Miguel, a Puerto Rican first-generation Pilates Master Teacher trained by Joseph and Clara Pilates.

I enjoy guiding individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, with a focus on proper alignment and injury prevention.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I currently reside with my boyfriend and our dog, Chai Latte.
